SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all of our treasured handmade orders within 5 business days but you will often receive your designs sooner. We will keep in touch with you to update you on the progress on your order. 

We currently offer standard shipping within Australia  for a flat rate of $7.50 for all orders under $100 and free shipping for any orders over $100.

International ordering is currently unavailable via our our checkout.  However we can arrange this for you if you'd like to contact us for a postage quote.

If you live in the 4170 - 4171 postcodes in Queensland, you can choose FREE local delivery at checkout. There just needs to be an safe place to leave your design!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from our Latest Collection we'd love to work with you to ensure that you can have the Lyssy May product you're seeking however we understand that when buying online you need to see something in real life to make that final decision! 

• We are happy to exchange it for a product for the same value or provide a full refund if you do change your mind or the design has been damaged or is faulty. 
• We require notification of your intent to return the product within 10 business days of you receiving your design.
• Upon receipt of the design we will provide a full refund to your preferred payment option provided the item is in its original condition and will also reimburse you the return postage costs. If you are local to 4171 we will happily come and collect the design in person if convenient.
• Given our extensive consultation process for our Made to Order service, we do not offer returns or exchanges for something that has been created bespoke to your needs.
• It would be appreciated if you could contact us prior to returning the design so that we can coordinate all the details for you.
